Vacuum Brazing is a material joining process that directly bonds diamond to the blade. The diamond brazed saw blade adopts diamond surface metallization technology and uses active brazing filler metal or nickel-based brazing filler metal to weld the diamond. Through strong carbides to form elements or alloys, the metallurgical and chemical combination of diamond and tool matrix is achieved, which greatly improves the holding power of diamond.
